KinderGather (The gatherchannel of KinderGarten)
What are gathers?
Gathers are matches where people need to signup on IRC
(#kgather on Quakenet) for the next game and wait until enough players
are added, so that the game can start. Every user who has signed up
(added) will get a private message containing the server-ip and the
current password for that server.
Two captains need to be picked, before the gather can start. Each captain
decides who is playing in his team and which role (offence or defence)
that player has.
Each player can choose any map when they're adding or already added,
but the map with the most votes will be played next.
The bot will update the channel topic when someone is added and/or
the map with most votes changes.
It's very important that you are added to the bot to play the next
game.
If there are too few players, you can ask for the server-ip and the
current password to replace the player that didn't show up.
You can ask the bot for the current password, but it will only give
the password when everyone who added is connected or when the !pass-command
has been triggered (ingame) before.
